Booking terms

These general terms and conditions apply to every transaction and treatment between client and Divinevibes.beauty, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. By booking an appointment with Divinevibes.Beauty, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Booking and Payment:

  • Upon completing your booking, you will receive the address and other relevant details in your email confirmation.
  • The remaining balance of your treatment can be paid in cash or by card. Please note, card payments will incur an additional fee of €3.50.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. The deposit can only be transferred once to reschedule your appointment, if the new date provided is within 4 weeks of your original booking.

Rescheduling and Cancellations:

  • To reschedule once or to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time. You can contact us through whatsapp or instagram dm. 
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the treatment cost.
  • For appointments booked within 24 hours, please contact us via WhatsApp for availability. "Squeeze-in" appointments, either before or after regular hours, will incur an additional fee of €20.

 

Appointment Guidelines:

  • Please arrive alone to your appointment.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be cancelled. If you expect to be late, kindly inform us via WhatsApp.
  • No refunds will be provided as services are final once rendered. If you have any concerns or issues with a service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address them.

 

Lash Treatment Policies:

  • Lashes that have heavy residue of lash glue, serums, or waterproof mascara can not be treated.
  • We do not perform fill-ins over makeup or work done by other lash artists. Please ensure your lashes are clean prior to your appointment.

Warranty & Liability:

  • Removal of lashes by another salon will void any warranty on services provided.
  • Divinevibes.Beauty is not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur during or after treatment. By booking, you acknowledge that all services are undertaken at your own risk.
  • We are not liable for the loss or damage of any personal belongings during your visit to the salon. Please keep your belongings secure at all times.

 

Brow Tinting Caution:

Brow tinting treatments cannot be performed if any of the following apply to you:

  • You are allergic to hair dye (PPD).
  • You have little to no brow hairs.
  • The skin around your brows is damaged or sunburned.
  • You have active acne in or around the brow area.
  • You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You have recently had a chemical peel.
  • You have unhealed permanent makeup in the brow area.
