Return Policy

At Divine Vibes Beauty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policies below.

 

14-day return

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to request a Return, Refund or Exchange

To start a return, you can contact us at service@divinevibesbeauty.nl  or use the contact form on our website. 

Include in the request your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us for assistance at service@divinevibesbeauty.nl 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Contact us to initiate an exchange and provide your order number along with details about the product you wish to exchange. You may need to return the original item, following the instructions in our return process. Once we receive the item and approve the exchange, we will ship out the new product to you at no additional cost (for defective or wrong items). Otherwise additional shipping fees mat apply for the new shipment. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@divinevibesbeauty.nl.
