All orders are processed within 3-4 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Orders will be shipped by PostNL or DHL.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order,
we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery time ranges are as follows:
Netherlands shipping
Standard delivery 2-3 business days
International shipping
Standard delivery 5-7 business days
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Divine Vibes Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages & lost packages
Divine Vibes Beauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Ensure before placing your order that your shipping address is correct.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier for assistance or our support team directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

PICK-UP Policy
We are pleased to offer a convenient pick-up option for our local customers. Please review the terms and conditions of our pick-up policy below.
Order Pick-Up Process
Placing Your Order
Select the “Pick-Up” option during checkout if available. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed successfully.
Order Processing Time
All pick-up orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
You will receive a “Ready for Pick-Up” email notification when your order is ready at our store or designated pick-up location.
Please ensure that you pick up your order during weekday and our designated store hours. Contact us to schedule an pick-up time.
Pick-Up Instructions
Bring a copy of your “Ready for Pick-Up” email (printed or on your phone) and a valid government-issued ID.
If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, they must have the “Ready for Pick-Up” email and their own valid ID. Please provide us with their name during checkout to ensure a smooth handover.
Pick-Up Time Frame
Orders must be picked up within 15 days of receiving the “Ready for Pick-Up” email.
After 15 days, if the order is not picked up, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund or restock fee if applicable.
Modifying or Cancelling a Pick-Up Order
If you need to modify or cancel your pick-up order, please contact us at service@divinevibesbeauty.nl or 0620524330 before your scheduled pick-up time.
Unclaimed Orders
Orders not claimed within 15 days may be subject to cancellation and restocking fees. For special circumstances, please contact us if you need to extend the pick-up time.
